Obituary of Ernest "Ernie" Vardy

On Tuesday, May 12, 2020 Mr. Ernest Vardy of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Long Term Care at the age of 87 years. His loving, devoted wife of sixty four years, Evelyn was by his side. He is survived by his three daughters, Theresa (Bill) Simpson of Wainwright, Laurie (Roger) Gauvin of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Sue (Ron) Heraid of Elk Point, Alberta; his grandchildren Roy (Mel) Simpson, Jen Simpson, Bridie (Andy) Green, Twyla (Trevor) Klassen, Tia Tangen, Elaina (Bobby) Beck, Jeremy (Mandy) Heraid; his great grandchildren, Deklin , Colten, Sadie Simpson, Emmalee, Mackenzie, Alex Simpson, Kendra, Alexa Green, Trinity Klassen, Gracie, Ashley Beck, Destry and Zaidee Heraid. He was predeceased by his grandson, Jay Simpson. A private funeral service for Ernie will be conducted on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 1:00 PM from the Royal Canadian Legion, Wainwright.
