Obituary of Lori-Ann Charlotte Jacobsen

On Tuesday, December 22, 2009 Lori-Ann Jacobsen of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 40 years. She is survived by her loving family; her husband, Kris of Wainwright; one son, Justin Dance of Wainwright; her mother, Gladys Rice of British Columbia; her father-in-law, Rolf Jacobsen of Camrose, Alberta; two brothers, Dale Blackie and Dan (Wendy) Blackie all of Wainwright; as well as numerous other relatives.
