Obituary of Patricia Mary Dulaska

On Saturday, November 6, 2010 Mrs. Pat Dulaska of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 61 Years. She is survived by her loving family; two children, Shelli (Jim) Clipperton of Vernon, British Columbia, Jason Dulaska of Edmonton, Alberta; one granddaughter, Madison Clipperton; her father, John Poruchnek of Wainwright; three brothers, John (Deb) Poruchnek of Wainwright, Steve (Tammy) Poruchnek of Preeceville, Saskatchewan, George Poruchnek of Wainwright; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Annie in 1999; one brother, Nick.
