Obituary of Fay Park

On Saturday, January 1, 2011 Mrs. Fay Park of Vermilion passed away in the Country Corner Extendicare at the age of 94 years. Fay was a true volunteer. She was a member of the North American Manx Association; a founding member of the Vermilion Royal Purple and was their first Royal Lady. She was a life time member of the Anglican Church and the W.A. and the I.O.D.E. In Keeping with her wishes she was cremated at Creech’s Crematorium, Vermilion and will be laid to rest next to her husband Gordon in the Vermilion Public Cemetery at a family graveside service. Fay is loved and remembered by Her Children Sandra Wasylik of Vermilion Robert (Chrissie) Park of Lacombe Carol (John) Smart of Cold Lake Norma Park of Vermilion 5 Grandchildren Nicole (Orvin) Ryan, Iaian (Krista) Park, Jill Park, Tyler Smart, Lori Smart 5 Great Grandchildren Meghan and Connor Ryan Haley, Mikayla and Carter Park She was predeceased by Her husband Gordon, brother William Corlett and son-in-law Peter Wasylik A Celebration of Fay's life will be held at the St. Saviour Anglican Church, Vermilion on Saturday January 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
