Obituary of Jim Rasmussen

Jim was born October 8, 1950 in Wilkie, Saskatchewan.

They lived on a farm until the sixties and then moved into North Battleford where he met his wife Rosemarie and married in 1971.

They moved to Prince George where Jim had his own business until 2007 when they moved back to Saskatchewan.

He had a love of animals and they always had pets that were very spoiled.

He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed the outdoors.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of 53 and1/2 years Rosemarie

Other family: Calvin Paradis, Shelley Lakey (Bill), Noel (Arlene) Paradis, Jolene (Skip) Moulson, Kevin (Crystal) Andres, Barb (Harold) Bishop, Neil (Laura) Rasmussen; numerous great nieces and nephews, his 2 great great nieces

Brother-in-law Dale (Kim) Wyatt and Sister-in-law Wilma (Paul) Page and their children as well as many friends

He was predeceased by his parents Bertrum and Mary Rasmussen and his sister Jacalyn Andres

Jim passed away on March 13, 2025 in Lloydminster at the age of 74 years.

In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
