Mable Fowler

On April 27, 2025, Mable Fowler of Minburn, then Mannville, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Continuing Care facility at the age of 93 years. 

Mable will be forever loved and remembered by her family. She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy (Harley) Nutt of Minburn and Shirly (Robin) Prosser of Irma, and son, Vernon (Lorraine) Fowler of Minburn.  Mourning her passing are also nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren: Janel (Dave) Osborn and their children Harlenn, Kyler and Quinn of Weyburn, SK, Je-Anne (Clint Schoepp) Prosser of Wainwright, Rania (Kent) Pitre and their children Bailey and Brendin of Mannville, Trish (Jon) Brown and their children Brenna and Liam of Wainwright, Sarah (Clint) McLaughlin and their children Bradley and Katrina of Mannville, Kyle (Crystal) Prosser and their children Alex, Eden and Hunter of Wainwright, Lacey (Tim) Tillotson and their children Samantha and Grace of Innisfree, Ross (Vanessa Funk) Fowler of Saskatoon, SK and Dana (Branden) Flemke of Vermilion.  She is survived by her brother Ernie (Helen) Taylor and sister-in-law, Carol Taylor, all of Ranfurly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Mable is at peace with her Lord and reunited with beloved family members who went before her. She was predeceased by her parents Dorothy (1954) and Jack (1980) Taylor, sons Daryl (1958) and Allen (1980), grandson David Nutt (1987), sister Doris Currie (1980), husband Leonard (2010), and brother Ross Taylor (2024). 

A Celebration of Mable’s Life will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ranfurly Hall

In lieu of floral tributes, donations in memory of Mable may be made to

the Ranfurly Cemetery Fund or to a charity of your choice.
