Obituary of Bobby "Bob" Mackay

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby “Bob” Mackay. After his strong and courageous battle with cancer, Bob passed away peacefully on January 5th, 2026 at the age of 70. Surrounded by love and family in Lloydminster, Alberta.

Bob is survived by his wife Melanie; His Daughters; Crystal and Tracie (Tracy); Step children, Cindy, May (Eddie), Letty and Arthur; Sisters, Jean (George), Mary, Doreen (Burke); Brothers, Mickey (Shannon), James (Sarah), Hughie (Sheila) and Bruce; Grandchildren, Kane, Stephen, Savanna, Becky, Jessica, Josh, Darby, Tyrell, Keara, Alysa, Shelby, Laurel, Mercedes, Coral, Tessa, Kaden, Emma, Abigail and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Bob is predeceased by his parent Victor and Elizabeth Mackay; His brother, Alan Mackay.

The family thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers.

No formal service will be held at this time; cremation has taken place.
