Obituary of Marion Savage

On Friday, August 21, 2020 Mrs. Marion Savage of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at her home at Points West Living at the age of 98 years. She is survived by her loving family; nine children, Cecil Savage of Irma, Alberta, Marie Lundgren of Lethbridge, Alberta, Ann (Leonard) Farwell of Melfort, Saskatchewan, Lucille Meakins of Edmonton, Alberta, Bob (Joanne) Savage of Barrhead, Alberta, Helen (Ken) McIntosh of Wainwright, Richard (Debbie) Savage of Whitehorse, Yukon, Leonard (Debbie) Savage of Irma, Rita (Gary) Phillips of Wainwright; fifteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence; two sons, Gordon Savage and David Savage. A Private Funeral Mass for family and invited friends will take place on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the Blessed Sacrament Church, Wainwright. Relatives and friends wishing to participate can do so via the webcast link below the photo or under the photos and video tab above. Interment will follow at the Irma Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Canada or to the charity of the donors choice.
