Obituary of Ken Lawrence

On Wednesday, December 14, 2016 Grampa Ken Lawrence passed away peacefully at his home at the age of 75 years. Ken is Loved and remembered by his Special Friend Kathy Gagne; Children Connie (Keith) Wilkinson of Vermilion, Cheryl Lawrence (Rick) of Clandonald, Ken (Belinda) Lawrence of Edson, Carol (Anton) Krys of Vermilion; Grandchildren: Corissa (Cagen) Wilkinson Kaitlyn Wilkinson (Deion), Craig Wilkinson (Meghan), Christian (Cassie) Lawrence, Jeff Lawrence (Jessica), Brittney Lawrence, Travis Fialkowski, Kirk Lawrence (Kirsha), Kael Lawrence, Braden Swanson, Brenden Swanson, Laura Sweetnam (Travis), Derek Krys (Mikala), Sean Krys;Great Grandchildren: Taelor, Tanner, Kenah, Kenedi, Deklin; Siblings: Andrew (Carol) Lawrence of Regina; Herman (Linda) Lawrence of Redwater, Phil (Darlene) Lawrence of Okotoks , Greg (Rose) Lawrence of Whitecourt, Paul (Donna) Lawrence of Lashburn, Jane (Bruce) Hettinger of Edmonton; Brother-in-law Allan Libbey of Redwater; Sister-in-law Lisa Lawrence of Knoxville Tennesse He was predeceased by his Wife Evelyn and Baby Lawrence; Parents Alastair and Helen Lawrence; Brother Ron and Sister Helen Libbey; A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m.on Monday December 19, 2016. The venue for the Prayers has been moved to the Clandonald Hall in order to to provide seating for more people. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church, Clandondald. We will be live streaming the service from the church to the hall to accommodate a larger number of people. If so desired donations in memory of Ken may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Clandonald Hall or Clandonald Cemetery
