Dad was always such a joy to be around. Loving, caring, comedian, historian, and welcoming everyone with a hug or a handshake. My heart is full with the love he gave me, I will forever cherish that. My mind is full of all the memories of our fishing trips (and stories), trips to Texas, working on the bread truck, and learning so very much from all the lessons you took time to teach me, I will forever cherish that too. It seems so quiet now without your voice saying my name, but I know you are walking hand in hand with the love of your life again, and I cherish that as well. I will always love you Poppa. Give Mom a kiss from me.

We're so sorry to hear of Glenn's passing. We will miss seeing him running around on his golf cart. He would stop and visit once in a while if we were in the garden. He sure had some good stories to tell!

To the Evans family: I was so sorry to read of your Dad's passing just now. The first time I met him was in Lashburn when he delivered bread to the old Co-op store, and my parents lived above the store. I also had the privilege of visiting at the acreage in Streamstown. He was always so happy, and had a twinkle in his eyes plus that big smile. You will be in my thoughts and prayers!!!
