Obituary of Ruby B. Turnbull

Ruby Bernice Turnbull was born Tuesday, September 27, 1921 to George and Dinah Turnbull in Wainwright, Alberta. After living a passionate life of serving the LORD, tending to the farm animals, being a tender-hearted mother to all, and being a hard-working farmer, Ruby passed away at 96 years of age on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at her current home in Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital. With hearts full of gratefulness and completely honoured to not only have known such a wonderful lady for all these years, but also to have had the privilege to call her "Aunt Ruby", Ruby's nieces and nephews will dearly miss her. Also remembering Ruby are many cousins and friends. Ruby was predeceased by her parents, George and Dinah; siblings and siblings-in-law, Ed Turnbull, Sid (Jean) Turnbull, Hazel (Reg) Wiley, Edith Turnbull, Dorothy (Bruce) Wannop; and infant brother, Harold Turnbull. A Funeral Service will take place Monday, October 23, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Wainwright Evangelical Free Church with interment to follow at Wainwright Cemetery.
