Obituary of James Edward Kirby

On Saturday, January 6, 2018 Mr. James “Rip” Kirby passed away suddenly in Lloydminster at the age of 83 years. James will be forever loved and deeply missed by his Loving Wife of 61 years Ellen Kirby of Lloydminster; Children Michelle (David) Whitman of Victoria, B.C., Clay (Patty) Kirby of Saskatoon; Daughters In-Law Michelle Kirby of Lloydminster, Marie Kirby of Saskatoon; Grandchildren Tanner (Lynsie) Kirby, Kristen (Jon-Michael) Martens, Sarah (Luke) O’Kelly Lynch, Alanah Whitman, Miranda Whitman, Dylan (Amanda) Kirby, Shanny (Desmond) Lynch, Morgan Kirby; Great-Grandchildren Kinley and Mila Martens; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was predeceased by his Sons Cole and Rod Kirby; Daughter Kimberly Kirby; Parents Albert and Josephine Kirby; Brothers Robert, Albert, George and Ben; Sisters Georgette, Marie and Florence. In keeping with James’ wishes cremation has taken place and a service will take place at a later date. If so desired donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
