Obituary of James Ashley Hill

On Tuesday, March 6, 2018 James “Jim” Hill passed away at the age of 76 years in the Lloydminster Hospital. Jim is survived by his Life Companion Joyce Langton of Lloydminster; Son Ashley (Donna) Hill of Lloydminser; Daughter Catherine Hill of Lloydminster, Cindee (Dwayne) Roy of Edgerton ; Grandchildren Adam (Melanie) , Bryden, Stephanie, Brad , Megan, Chandree, Abree ; Great –Grandchildren Ember and Madison; Sisters Joan Erlendson of Edmonton; Virginia (Weldon) Reimer of Edmonton and Myrtle (Nester) Hrycew of Two Hills; Sister-In-Laws Sharon Hill of Edmonton, Pauline Dawe of North Battleford, Ethel Dawe of Saskatoon; Brother-In-Laws John (Irene) Dawe of North Battleford and Bill (Ann) Dawe of North Battleford; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his First Wife Margaret Hill; Father William Russell Hill; Mother Laura May Buck; Brothers Gordon and John Hill; Sister Dorothy Orlecki; Father and Mother-In-Law Cecil and Theresa Dawe. Brother-In-Laws Peter Orlecki, Culley Erlendsen, Cecil Dawe, and Raymond Steel; and Sister-In-Laws Hazel Hill, Shirley Dawe and Sharon Steel. In keeping with Jim’s wishes cremation has taken place at a private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made in memory of Jim to the charity of your choice
