Obituary of John "Ted" Edwin Grocock

On Monday, January 14, 2019 Mr. Ted Grocock of Wainwirght, Alberta and formerly of Czar, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Extendicare Facility at the age of 85 years. Ted is survived by his loving family; wife, Helen of Wainwright; five children, Ted (Lynn) Grocock of Wainwright, Brent (Anna) Grocock of Spruce Grove, Alberta, Kevin Grocock of Leduc, Alberta, Loree (Russell) Gramlich of Red Deer, Alberta, Lanette (Peter) Van Winssen of Wainwright; twelve grandchidlren, Angela McKiernan, Janelle (Tim) Parchewsky, Mark (Tara) Grocock, Stephanie (Calvin) Trenerry, Brennan Grocock, Christa (Dan Quigg) Grocock, Marissa (Steve) MacDonald, Kaitlyn (Brad Hughes) Gramlich, Garrett (Shelby Fortune) Gramlich, Coby (Robyn) Van Winssen, Keoma (Drew Gosselin) Van Winssen, Kalina (Marshall Suchy) Van Winssen; twelve great grandchildren; siblings, Bob (Miriam) Grocock, Doreen (Dave) Hughes, Don Grocock; sister-in-law, Kay Serwachak. He was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Madge Grocock, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Helen Serwachak; brother-in-law, Chuck Serwachak; grandson, Kevin Michael Grocock. A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Czar Community Hall. Interment will follow in the Czar Cemetery.
