Obituary of Alvin Hall Arthur

On Sunday, March 10, 2019, Alvin “Bill” Hall Arthur passed away peacefully in the Vermilion Continuing Care Centre at the age of 95 years. Bill is forever loved and remembered by his Children Bonnie Arthur of Mill Bay, B.C., Wendy Thompson of Vermilion, Layne (Leslie) Arthur of Sylvan Lake, Lee (Kerri) Arthur of Auburndale; Grandchildren Jordan and Kelli Thompson, Jim (Adrienne) and Brigit Arthur; Sister Joan (Gordon) Ireland; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his Wife Mary; Granddaughter Keltie Arthur; one Brother and four Sisters. In keeping with Bill’s wishes, no funeral will be held. A family graveside service will take place at the Auburndale Cemetery in the spring. If so, desired donations in memory of Bill may be made to the Auburndale Cemetery Fund. Bill served on the Auburndale Cemetery Board for over 40 years.
