Obituary of Solveig Marie Raasok

On Sunday, June 2, 2019 Mrs. Solveig Marie Raasok of Viking, Alberta and formerly of Irma, Alberta passed away at the Viking Extendicare Facility at the age of 95 years. Solveig is survived by her loving family; her four children, Marianne Cole of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Marlene Raasok of Airdrie, Alberta, Steven (Gwenda) Raasok of Irma, Sylvia (Eugene) Axley of Czar, Alberta; four grandchildren, Kristi Raasok, Garrett (Devery Stachura) Raasok, Karsten Axley, Kira Axley; one sister-in-law, Liv Raasok of Norway; numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Norway. She was predeceased by her husband, Ole; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Arlene and Henry Ruste; three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law in Norway. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 1:30 PM from the Sharon Lutheran Church, Irma. Interment will follow in the Sharon Lutheran Cemetery.
