Obituary of Arthur James Jackson

On Saturday, June 15, 2019 Mr. Arthur Jackson of Viking, Alberta and formerly of Irma, Alberta passed away at the Viking Health Centre at the age of 87 years, Art is survived by his step children, Barb (Lorne) Pinder of Windsor, Ontario, Lorne (Ruth) Smith of Kinsella, Alberta, Lorraine (Norman) Bartholow of Barrhead, Alberta; grandchildren, Dustin Smith (Julia), Kelsey Smith (Marc), Garret (Lacey) Bartholow, Kyle Bartholow; great grandchildren, Keelia & Evelynn Bartholow; numerous other family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilynn; parents, James and Minnie; his siblings and their spouses, Albert (Beverly), Eddie (Lorna), Isabella (Chester). A gathering of remembrance will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the New Horizon Centre, Irma, Alberta at 2:00 PM. Interment will take place at the Irma Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Viking Health Foundation of the Canadian Diabetes Association.
