Obituary of Clinton Lewis Hjelmeland

On Thursday, June 20, 2019, Mr. Clinton Hjelmeland passed away suddenly at his home in Wainwright, Alberta at the age of 61 years. Clinton is remembered by his family; brother, Lenny Hjelmeland of Edmonton, Alberta; sister – in law, Susan; nephews, Ray (Ceilidh) Hjelmeland, their family, and David Hjelmeland; aunts, Joyce Rasmussen, Elsie MacKay, Annalise Langstaff and Carole Swanky; as well as numerous cousins, extended family and dear friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Jean Hjelmeland of Chauvin, Alberta. A funeral service for the late Mr. Clinton Hjelmeland will be conducted on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Creech’s Funeral Chapel, Wainwright, Alberta at 10:30 AM with Pastor Darleene Skinner officiating. If so desired, memorial contributions made in Clinton’s name are gratefully accepted to the Royal Canadian Legion, Worthington Branch #29.
