Obituary of Ronald Dennis Lischka

On Friday, October 11, 2019 Mr. Ron Lischka of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his son, Tim (Della) Lischka of Wainwright; daughter-in-law, Lynn (Darren) Mettlewsky of Wainwright; step-son, Noel (Roberta) Luzny of Regina, Saskatchewan; his grandchildren, Sarah (Andrew) Leggett, Nicholas Lischka, Landon Lischka, Kylar Lischka, Keven (Megan) Skinner and their family, Tyler Luzny and Katie Luzny and their families; two great grandchildren, Jack and Brynn Leggett; brothers, Henry & Bill; sisters, Betty, Marlene and step sister, Audrey. He was predeceased by his wife, Elaine in 2005; son, Mike in 2015; brothers, John Herb, Frank, Tony, Andrew and Jack. A Funeral mass for Ron will be conducted on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 1:00 PM from the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Wainwright. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
