Obituary of Lois Mary Johnston (Major)

On Monday, March 7, 2016 Mrs. Lois Johnston (nee Major) passed away at Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 81 years. Lois is survived and remembered by her loving family of four children; Patrick (Lise) Johnston of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Diane (Bill) Seifried of Wainwright, Alberta, Rose (Leon Stonge) Vallincourt of Winnipeg, Manitoba, And Esther (James) McNabb of Ottawa, Ontario; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Donald Johnston as well as her parents; Esther and James Major. In keeping with the family's wishes, no funeral service will conducted. If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
