Obituary of Gary Merlin Laursen

On Thursday, February 23, 2017 Mr. Gary Laursen of Cold Lake passed away in the Bonnyville Heath Centre at the age of 71 years. Gary will be forever loved and remembered by his two children Mary Konieczny of Vermilion, and Dale (Linda) Laursen of Pierceland; 5 Grandchildren Dellaney Konieczny (Travis Klym), Raylynn, Larissa, Leanne, and Renay Laursen; Siblings Connie Wyss, Evelyn Drake, Alan Laursen, Faye Lepine, Bud Laursen, Ronald Laursen, Pat Lefebvre, and Glen Laursen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Cecille Laursen; Parents Roy and Isabella Laursen; and Siblings Harold and Gene Laursen. In keeping with Gary's wishes cremation has taken place at Creech's Crematorium and a service will be held at a later date. If so desired donations may be made to the Bonnyville Pallative Care Fund or Bonnyville Cancer Clinic.
