Obituary of Reginald George Perkins

On Saturday July 16, 2011 Reg Perkins of Derwent and formerly of Wainwright passed away in Derwent at the age of 58 years. Reg is survived by his 2 sons: Shayne Perkins of Red Deer and Corey Slater of Vancouver Grandsons Kyle Levins of Wainwright, Daelen Perkins of Red Deer and Kegeen Slater of Vancouver Step grandchildren Ethan and Emily Dawson of Red Deer; his Sister Florence Leggett of Wainwright and his Uncles Frank Perkins of Ribstone and John Perkins of Wainwright He was predeceased by His parents: Eileen Perkins in 1987 and George Perkins in 1979 and his His Brother Ralph in 2005 A Celebration of Reg's life will be held on Thursday July 21, 2011 at Creech's Funeral Chapel in Wainwright, Alberta at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Wainwright Cemetery.
