Marilyn & Family-Bob was indeed a great man. I am pleased to have known him as a fellow teacher, a teacher of my own two children, a fellow advocate with Victim Services, and most of all as a friend. Bon always had a big smile and a laugh whenever you met him. As a teacher he was well respected by his students, not only as one who passed along knowledge but als as a person who cared. Jesus Christ mourned with Mary & Martha at the death of Lazarus, and he will weep with you today. May he comfort you and give you strength and peace in the days ahead.

Marilyn, Tanis and families, I am sorry to hear of Mr. Bachmann's illness and passing. He always had a kind face and smile in the upstairs hallway at JRR. Lori and I(and 6 little boys) ran into Mr. Bachmann and Mr. Bossert just before Christmas and had a great visit right in the middle of Walmart! Your video is excellent, Tanis. Our thoughts and Prayers go out to Bob's family. Some people are a special part of every life they touch, and that is why your loved one will be missed so very much. Bob, Bill and Ben attended the Albany School with my brother Archie and myself, along with the Heeftle's and Child's families. We enjoyed so many neighborhood activities - card parties, box socials, school programs and sleigh rides. "When someone you love becomes a memory ~~ the memory becomes a treasure."
