Obituary for Arnold Victor Carlton On Fri., Aug. 31, 2012, Arnold Victor Carlton of Lloydminster, Sk. passed away peacefully at the Jubilee Home at the age of 76 yr. following a long and valiant battle with various serious illnesses. Arnold is survived by his loving wife, Anne, Daughter Vicki Carlton (Paul Babich) of Leduc, AB and Son Peter Carlton of Lloydminster, Sk., Grandson Kyle Martin and Paul's Sons, Carter and Hudson Babich all of Leduc, AB. Also someone who was like a second son to him, Blair & Robin Schlenker of Rivercourse, AB. He is also survived by his sister, Lillian & Delbert Rewerts of Cut Knife, brothers Lawrence & Jean Carlton, Allan & Alene Carlton and Terry and Dawn Carlton all of Baldwinton, Sk., David & Betty Anne Carlton of Maple Creek, Sk. Also by Anne's Brother Darcy & Bonnie Tranmer of Camrose, AB, Anne's sisters-in-law Cathy Tranmer of Wainwright, AB., Muriel Tranmer of Wainwright, AB and Lucy Tranmer (Stan Hake) of Leslieville, AB as well as many neices, nephews, great neices and nephews and friends. Arnold was predeceased by his parents, Stan Carlton & Mary Carlton Barr, Granddaughter Hayley Martin and Anne's parents Gene & Laverne Tranmer and her brother Dale Tranmer. In keeping with Arnold's wishes cremation will take place and no service will be held. A gathering for family and friends will take place after harvest. Memorial donations can be made to the Jubilee Home Resident Comfort Fund, Saskatchewan Heart and Lung Association, Research and Treatment of Prostate Cancer or the charity of the donor's choice. The Family would like to extend our most sincere thank you to all the staff (nursing, assistants, housekeeping, maintenance and office personnell) of Jubilee Home, Lloydminster, Sk. who bond so well with all the residents and their families.
