Obituary of Jean Garnett

On Thursday, April 18 Mrs. Jean Garnett of Vermilion passed away at Harvest Home in the Vermilion Health Care Complex at the age of 95 years. Jean is loved and remembered by her grandson Calvin Mayowski and granddaughter Janice Mayowski; her son-in-law Bill Mayowski and daughter-in-law Katie Harrison; her special friends Leif and Carol Hansen and Craig Landerl. She was predeceased by her first husband Don and second husband Roy; her daughter Donn-Rae, son Neil, granddaughter Brenda; sisters Margaret Roberts, Shirley McGaughy and Willa Fallow and her brother John. A Tea in honour of Jean will be held in the upper hall of First United Church, Vermilion on Wednesday, April 24, at 1:00 p.m.. In keeping with her wishes Jean was cremated at Creech's crematorium in Vermilion. Donations in her memory may be made to the Huntington Society
