We know you are in a better place. Now with Jesus whom you loved and with George and Kori and other loved ones who went before you. But we'll miss you greatly. You have been a part of our lives for so, so long and you have showered us with love. You have been a mother and grandmother to so many. What a great example of building into the younger generation you have been. So many years of ISCF, hosting events at your home. Even cookie baking with teens over and over again who were not always the most experienced in the kitchen! And caring for peers and elderly (remember those exercise classes at the Lodge?). Many fond memories of meals at your home, especially your famous buns. While the food was always good, the warm welcome was even more enjoyed. You have been generous to us in so many ways. I treasure that my boys know you too. Thanks for opening your pool to these little guys. We know it was only a small symbol of the heart you have. This world will be a little less bright with your glow gone. But thanks for sharing yourself so selflessly with us.

Phyllis (George) Family: It is with a heavy heart I write this as Phyllis was an absolutely inspirational person, not only to her family but to the community she lived in and supported. She will be missed by many. In this sad world of ours, sorrow comes to all, and it comes with bitter agony. Perfect relief is not possible, except with the passing of time. As time passes may the memories of your Mum(Grandma)comfort you all in the days ahead. I am sorry I am unable to attend the service as I have another commitment that I cannot reschedule. Gosh.... Sending you all a BIG hug from Me! Your Mom was a very dear lady to me and a great neighbour for many years! One of my first thoughts was that I got my love of peanut butter and banana sandwiches from her(at the twins b-day parties). She was a Chauffeur Extraordinaire for Kori and I to the old Vermilion Pool, more times than I can count....in your old light blue Ford(?). Your Dad gave the Toast to the Bride at our wedding, but your Mom, she hosted a Bridal Shower for Me! I see her smile in all of you! Take care everyone, and Hugs again to All. Love Laurie and Greg ....still out here in Fredericton New Brunswick!
