our heartfelt sympathy to all.Wyonne was the first to welcome us to the area when we moved next door.I was washing windows and she walked across the street with a plate of homemade muffins.After that there were several cups of coffee and visits.Wonderful Lady.Sorry to see her go.

when I started school at Strawberry Plains your mom was my grade 2 teacher she had only 3 0f us in grade 2 we loved her to death I wanted to go home with her. She stayed a month with my mom and dad (Sid and Ada Johnston) boy I had the whole world in my hands she was awonderful friend to have even up to the last time I seen her at a Smith Due in town here

Hi Lee,Colleen and Lorne We are very sorry at your mom's passing but she lived a long and rewarding life along with your dad.I have many fond memories of working,living and even getting in the way of your parents back on the ranch,a long time ago. I am sorry we are not in Alberta so will not be able to attend the service. .Wyonne was a great individual and you will miss her. Please give our regards to the rest of your family. Francis

I have known Wyonne since she and Harold moved to Hardisty years ago. My daughter Bonnie married Lee whidden and settled on Harold & Wyonne's homestead at Amisk. I spent many hours with Harold and Wyonne having coffee at Bonnie's store,suppers at the farm and Wyonne often stopped at my place to have girl talks. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.

Loren, Kathy and family I am very saddened about the news of grandma whiddens passing. She was one of the most amazing women I have met and had the privilege of knowing. No words can help with the pain of losing such an amazing soul but I hope you can rest easy knowing she lived a full happy life and can now be with grandpa Whidden again.... I first met your parents at a Saville family reunion at Uncle Bill and Aunt Anne Saville's ranch in SW Saskatchewan nearly 30 years ago. Both of your parents were wonderful people who have left a legacy of warm memories for all of you.
