Obituary of Velma Ruth Grayston

On Sunday, July 5, 2015 Mrs. Velma Grayston of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 82 Years. Velma is survived by two daughters, Carol (Bill) Lawson of Irma, Alberta, Bonnie (Cody) Hobson of Wainwright; Daughter-in-law, Marianne Grayston; seven grandchildren, Rob (Rhonda) Lawson, Steven (Brooke) Lawson, Chad (Bailey) Lawson, Dana (Chris Chudyk) King, Morgan Hobson, Kelsie Grayston, Scott Grayston; great grandchildren; Alex, Jarod, Colton, Adley Lawson; one sister, Bea Coleman of Wainwright; one brother, Albert Boyd of Wainwright; one sister-in-law, Marion Boyd of Wainwright. She was predeceased by her husband, Bob; one son, Ken; great grandson, Wil Lawson; sister, Helene Roberts; brother, Raymond Boyd A Funeral service for the late Mrs. Velma Grayston will be conducted on Monday, July 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the St. Thomas Anglican Church, Wainwright with Reverend Ann Marie Nicklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital or to the Wainwright Cemetery Association.
