Obituary of Perry James Smith

On Thursday, September 10, 2015, Mr. Perry Smith of Wainwright passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 67 years. Perry leaves to mourn his sisters Val Smith of Breton, AB; Shelley (Charlie) Felsch of Windfield, AB; his brother Rick (Joni) Webb of Red Deer, AB and brother-in-law Harold Ellertson of Sundre, AB. Also his Aunt Carol and Uncle Peppy Cacciaupoti of Hanover, ON; Aunt Jeanne & Uncle Jim Johnston of Dauphin, MN; Aunt Gladys Monts of Courtenay, BC; and Uncle Kenneth Cleaver of Innisfail, AB. And also his very dear and close friend Norman (Marie) Winfield and children of Red Deer, AB; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Anne Ferguson and Edward Smith; sister Beverly Ellertson, brother Patrick Webb, Aunt Elsie Cleaver, Aunt Dianne and Uncle Ernie Parisien. A funeral service for the late Mr. Perry Smith will be conducted on Tuesday September 15, 2015 from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Pastor Harold Hornberger presiding. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or to Scouts Canada
