Obituary of Karen Eleanor Kimball

On Saturday, December 5, 2015 Mrs. Karen Kimball of Edgerton, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 63 years. Karen is survived by her loving husband, Doug of Edgerton; two children, Sarah Kimball of Lacombe, Alberta, Scott (Ashley Young) Kimball of Edmonton, Alberta; three grandchildren, Kennedy, Nathan, Oliver; two sisters, Alice McTavish of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Doris Nickel of Calgary, Alberta; one brother, Larry (Brenda) Krause of Lac La Biche, Alberta; two sisters-in-law, Brenda (Hal) Gordon of Chauvin, Alberta, Shelly (Marcus) Harris of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta; one brother-in-law, Kim (Marlene) Kimball of Edgerton; numerous nieces and nephews. Karen was predeceased by her parents, Dave and Hilda Krause; one brother, Ken Krause. A Funeral service for the late Karen Kimball will be conducted on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Edgerton Agricultural Hall, Edgerton, Alberta with Reverend Peter Yeung and Reverend Ann Marie Nicklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Edgerton Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Hospital Palliative Care.
