Obituary of Jeffrey Colton Fornwald

On Thursday, January 14, 2016 Jeff Fornwald of Wainwright, Alberta passed away suddenly at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 28 years. Jeff is survived by his loving family; his parents, Randal and Rita Fornwald of Amisk, Alberta; his common-law spouse, Cristin Budzich of Wainwright; two brothers, Shane (Carrie) Fornwald of Wainwright, Mike Fornwald of Red Deer, Alberta; one sister, Shannon Fornwald of Amisk; one nephew, Jagger Fornwald; his canine companion, Henry. A Funeral service for the late Jeff Fornwald will be conducted on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 1:00 PM from the Church of the Nazarene, Wainwright with Reverend Ann Marie Nicklin officiating. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the MS Society or to the SPCA.
