Obituary of Steve Trachuk

Steve Trachuk passed away September 12, 2018 in Vermilion at the age of 89 years. He will be remembered by his wife Katie of 64 years; children Lorraine, Lucy Saruk, Doreen (Kevin) McGee, and David (Lisa); grandchildren Celeste (Jim), Larissa, Addam (Megan), Leticia (Colin), Sarah (Matt), Marcia, Monica, D'Arcy (Julia), Dylan (Hanna), Morgan (Kristin), Blayne, and Nathan (Elise); great grandchildren Xavier, Kael, Rowyn, Hannah, Olivia, Jessica, Payton, Evan, Ciara, Kinsley, and Maria; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Tekla Trachuk; 4 brothers and 4 sisters; son in law Roger Saruk; and grandson Matthew Saruk. Divine Liturgy and Funeral Service will be held at the Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Memorial Donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S or charity of choice.
