Obituary of Charles Edward Farkash

On Friday, May 6, 2016 Mr. Charles "Charlie" Farkash of Vermilion passed away at the Vermilion Health Centre at the age of 88 years. Charlie is loved and remembered by his Loving Wife Winnifred Farkash Vermilion, AB; Children Alan (Caroline) Farkash of Tangent, AB, Keith (Carol) Farkash of Stony Plain, AB, Roger (Dixie) Farkash of Vermilion, AB, Greg (Deb) Farkash of Onoway, AB and Elaine (Wayne) Howitt of Sherwood Park, AB; 12 Grandchildren & 6 Great Grandchildren; Brothers Matt (Kathy) Farkash and John Farkash (Cathy Howorko); Numerous Nieces & Nephews. He was predeceased by his Parents Matthew & Julianna; Granddaughter Carlina; Brother Frank; Sisters Julia Garnett & Irene Farkash; Brother In-Law Noel Garnett; and Sister In-Law Vivian Farkash A Celebration of Life will be held in honour of Charlie at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Vermilion Seniors Centre (5324-50th Ave). If so desired donations in memory of Charlie may be made the Friends of Vermilion Health Centre, Alberta Alzheimer's Association, or the charity of choice.
