Obituary of Muriel Halbig

On Wednesday, August 31, 2016 Mrs. Muriel Halbig passed away peacefully in the Country Corner Long Term Care Facility at the age of 95 years. Muriel will be forever remembered by her 2 Nieces: Marie Alward, and Elaine (Lorne) Timanson; 1 Nephew Byron Carpenter; as well as numerous great nieces and great nephews. She was predeceased by her Husband Louis Halbig; Niece-In-Law Sandra Carpenter; and Nephew-In-Law Dennis Alward. In keeping with Muriel's wishes she was cremated at Creech's Crematorium and a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Friends of Vermilion Health Centre or charity of your choice.
