Obituary of Benjamin Axley
Benjamin Axley passed away on March 17, 2017 in Vermilion at the age of 87 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary Axley; children George Gryshik, Mike (Leona) Gryshik, David (Diana) Axley, Debbie Buhler, and Anthony (Fern) Axley; grandchildren Jay, Tyrell, Brandy, David, Mathew, Kristin, Melissa, Tom, Sarah, Jesse, Austin, and Robyn; great grandchildren Damian, Dylan, Marleigh, Xander, Ethan, Gabriel, Fiona, and Kayle; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents William and Jennie Axley; brothers Bill, Lorne, and Elder Axley; and sisters Jenny Brown and Doris McFadyen. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Derwent Hall on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial Donations may be made to STARS Air Ambulance, Friends of Vermilion Health Centre, or charity of choice.
