Obituary of Jim Smith

On Thursday, October 23, 2014 Mr. Jim Smith of Mannville passed away at the age of 88 years. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Theresa Smith; children Lorne Smith, Barbara Smith (Mark Nelson), Carol (Calvin) Reivonen, and Patricia (Clayton) Whiting; grandchildren Josh Kozak, Kathleen Kozak (Brandon Murray), Kayla Reivonen, Paige Whiting, and Colton Whiting as well as many other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Ivan and Edith; brother Barry (Marie), Lewis (Margery), and Horace (Audrey). A Funeral Service will be held at the McQueen Memorial United Church in Mannville on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Mannville Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Mannville Cemetery, Cross Cancer Institute, or a charity of the donor's choice.
